Editor, The Herald:

It has been a very long time since I have seen a funnier cartoon in The Hampden-Sydney Tiger student newspaper than the one titled “Storm on the Horizon” in the End of Semester Issue, dated April 19, 2013. I would like to publicly nominate the following three people for Courage Awards: (1) Andrew Hutchcraft for having the courage to sign his work, (2) Parker Dunaway, Editor-in-Chief of the Tiger, for having the courage to print it, and (3) President Howard for having the courage to resist the urge to deep-six all of the issues, as other presidents have done.
