Esther Ednalene Stutler

CUMBERLAND, April 18 – Esther Ednalene Stutler, of Cumberland, passed away in Richmond, on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. She was born on December 2, 1934 to the late Opal Moore and Harold Gains in West Union WV.

She was married for 57 years to Ronald G. Stutler of Cumberland. Mrs. Stutler loved her family and was dedicated to her church. She was the church treasurer and was admired for her crocheting and knitting.

Mrs. Stutler is survived by her husband, two sons, William Stutler of Gloucester and Robert Stutler of Amelia; a grandson, William Thomas Stutler; two sisters, Jean Vanway of Parkersburg, WV, and Dolores Gains of Sacramento, CA and a brother, Jerry Gains of Morgansrun, WV.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 19 at Payne Memorial United Methodist Church at 6 p.m. Family will receive friends from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. before the service at the church. Interment will be held at Grove Cemetery, Cumberland.
