DAVIS dated November 15, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM as Deed Book/Instrument Number 365 AT PAGE 979, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on April 15, 2013 at 5:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
BEING LOT A, CONTAINING 2.00 ACRES, AS SHOWN ON A SURVEY PREPARED BY LUM'S LAND SURVEYS, INC., DATED MAY 2, 2007 NAMED “PLAT SHOWING FAMILY DIVISION OF TAX MAP 30 PARCEL 12 THE HERMAN DAVIS PROPERTY” RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BUCKINGHAM COUNTY AS BOOK 353, PAGE 085.
AND further described in the above Deed of Trust.
