Steger, III dated June 25, 2010, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham as Deed Book/Instrument Number 381, Page 830, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Buckingham, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on April 8, 2013 at 9:00 AM, the property with improvements to wit:
CONTAINING FIVE (5.00) ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SAID LANDS BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS “PARCEL 3” BY A PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY ROBERT S. MAXEY, JR., L.S., DATED APRIL 22, 2004, AND RECORDED IN THE CLERKS OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BUCKINGHAM COUNTY IN PLAT CABI-NET A. AT SLIDE 136B.
AND further described in the above Deed of Trust.
