Sheana Nicole Scruggs and Jerry (Jay) Miller Jr. would like to announce their engagement. Sheana was raised by her late great-aunt, Helen Wilkerson, of Prospect. Jay is the son of Jerry Leland Miller Sr., of Charlotte County, and Bethany Kriz, of Chester.

The groom-to-be is employed by Haley Chevrolet, Farmville.

A wedding will be held June 8, exactly eight years since the couple started dating.
