Volunteers from Longwood's Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity helped Prince Edward 4-H members learn to cook during a series of after-school programs. Here a volunteer helps 4-H member Kalisha Toney crack an egg. The classes focused on helping youth learn to read and follow a recipe. Participants practiced basic cooking skills including proper measurement and learned about food safety practices.
