The Farmville Town Council will hold a public hearing at 6:45 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall located at 116 North Main Street, Farmville, VA for the purpose of hearing citizen comments on the following proposed Farmville Ordinance amendments:

Chapter 17, Nuisances, Article I. In General (to include Sec. 17-6. Service of Notice)

Chapter 17, Nuisances, Article II. Trash Control (Secs. 17-10. through 17-14.)

Chapter 17, Nuisances, Article V. Weed Control (Secs. 17-22. through 17-28.)

Chapter 15, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article III. Division I. Sec. 15-70. Open Storage of inoperative vehicles.

Due to the length of the proposed ordinance amendments, they are not published as part of this notice. A draft of the proposed amendments can be obtained by contacting the Town Manager's Office at (434) 392-5686 or on the Town's website at www.farmvilleva.com.
