Mayer, III dated February 11, 2009, recorded as Instrument #20090229 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia, which Noteholder is Branch Banking and Trust Company, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Cumberland County Circuit Court, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia on March 7, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., the following property:

All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the Madison Magisterial District of Cumberland County, Virginia containing 6.83 acres, more or less, and known and designated as Lot Number 7 on a plat of survey dated June 299, 1968, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia in Plat Book 2, page 32.
