Jane Weber Alden Bailey

FEBRUARY 26 – Jane Weber Alden Bailey, beloved wife, daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013 peacefully at home surrounded by her family after a courageous and valiant battle with cancer. She was born to Marian Weber Alden and the late Robert Fisher Alden on April 10, 1959 in Alexandria. She was most known for her devotion to her children, grandchildren, and her extended family.
Mrs. Bailey was a graduate of Kempsville High School, Virginia Beach and attended Monterey Peninsula College, Monterey, California, and was a licensed real estate agent. She loved nature, camping, traveling, reading, gardening, and music, and was a gourmet cook.
In addition to her mother, survivors include Mark Craft Bailey, “the love of her life” as she called him; children, Dennis Michael Norge Jr. and Zsuza, Robert Alden Norge, Marianne Devlin and James, Jonathan Eric Bailey and Catherine, and Adam Bailey and Jacqueline; grandchildren, Christian, Jaida, Avery, Haiden, Madison, and Jacob; sisters, Nancy Caelen and Jozef and James, and Ellen Alden and Scott, Katherine and Charlotte; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many devoted friends.
