The Cumberland 4-H Horse Club Open House and Informational Meeting is planned for Monday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. at the Cumberland Extension Office. Parents and youth are invited to learn about the Virginia Horse Program and the Cumberland 4-H Horse Club from 4-H Members and Horse Club Leaders.
