In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $22,500.00, with an annual interest rate of 7.0000% from Jerry Lewis AKA Jerry E. Lewis and Laurie U. Lewis dated June 25, 2001, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland as Deed Book/Instrument Number 251 AT PAGE 117, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Cumberland, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on November 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL OF THAT certain parcel or tract of land, containing 5 acres, designated as Lot #15 on a plat entitled “Map of R. S. Hatcher Morris Land lying on the northside of U.S. route 60 in Hamilton district of Cumberland county, Virginia, adjoining the Wm. A. Flippen,. Jno. Miller, James McLaurin and Isom & James Parker Lands”, prepared by D. I,. Bowman, C.L.S., dated October 14, 1971, and recorded as a part ofa deed dated October 15, 1974, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Cumberland County. Virginia, in Deed Dook 132, Page 147. Said plat is recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 3.
