Belated Happy Birthday wishes are sent out to Gerri Bush, of Farmville, and Edna Burks, formerly of Farmville, who celebrated on Thursday, October 18.

Larry and Barbara Baronet, of Cumberland, visited in the home of Pete and Annie Miles in Dillwyn on Friday evening, October 12.

Candidate for President Mitt Romney and his team were at the Mobility Supercenter n Midlothian on Friday, October 12. There was special music by Jet Williams from Tennessee daughter of the late Hank Williams Sr. Attending the event locally were Barry and Linda Miles of Cumberland along with Elizabeth, Tina and Holly Cook of Midlothian. Over 4,000 were in attendance.
