NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF

In execution of a deed of trust, from PATRICIA G. FORCE, dated March 22, 2004, in the original principal amount of $67,823.50, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200400767, (Seth E. Twery having been appointed Substitute Trustee under Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated October 1, 2012, of record in said Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 201201663), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Prince Edward, Virginia on the 19th day of November, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. that certain tract of real estate known as 2073 Raccoon Crossing Rd., Burkeville, Virginia 23822, situated in the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, more particularly described as follows:

All that certain parcel of land lying in Leigh Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 7.977 acres as shown on a plat made by Edwards, Kretz, Lohr & Associates, Inc., dated May 13, 1999, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 366, at page 570.

Being the same property conveyed to Patricia G. Force, by deed from Locust Grove Investment Corporation, dated 2/13/02, recorded 3/7/02, in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 367, page 794.
