Lum, CLS, a copy of which survey is attached to deed dated December 11, 1994 by and between Howard Riddle and Ammie Riddle, his wife, and Tony Russell Riddle, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland, Virginia in Deed Book 212, page 833,835.
