BURKEVILLE, August 30 – Louise Elliott Nunnally, 95, of Burkeville, died on Saturday, August 25, 2012 following a brief illness. She was the eldest daughter of the late L.L. Elliott and Neva R. Elliott of Meherrin, and the wife of the late James Willis Nunnally of Burkeville.

She is survived by daughters, Cynthia N. Wood (Christopher) of Crewe, and Rachel N. Overstreet (Tony) of Burkeville; four grandchildren, Sarah Wood of Austin, Texas, Clay Wood (Marie) of Waldorf, MD, David Overstreet (Emily) of Farmville, and Jennifer Overstreet of Burkeville; and five great-grandchildren, Crystal, Vanessa, Kle, and Savannah Wood of Waldorf, MD, and Ava Overstreet of Farmville.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Farmville or to a charity of choice.
