The object of this suit is to ascertain those persons entitled to a share in the Estate of Mabel E. Taylor, deceased; for aid and guidance in the distribution of the Estate of Mabel E. Taylor, deceased; approval to sell some of the real estate and improvements of the decedent, Mabel E. Taylor; and for such other and further relief as requested in the Suit for Aid and Guidance of the Last Will and Testament of Mabel E. Taylor dated 3-30-2003, probated on December 14, 2010 in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office as Court File No. 10-75.
An affidavit having been made that Robin Harris, Robert Shelton, Robert Shelton, Jr., Judy Wade, George A. Beaulieu, Peter Anthony Beaulieu and Michael Harold Clark are nonresidents of the State of Virginia, and that their last known post office addresses are as indicated above; and that there may be other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Mabel E. Taylor, deceased, and other deceased persons who are listed above, who may have an interest in said estate, and that their names, whereabouts and post office addresses, if any, are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that such persons appear on or before the 22nd day of June, 2012, and take such steps as may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
It is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Farmville Herald, a newspaper of paid general circulation in the County of Buckingham and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County.
