The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony, a vinculo matrimonii, from the Defendant on the grounds of continual, uninterrupted separation without cohabitation for a period in excess of one year.

It appears from an Affidavit heretofore filed in this cause that due diligence has been used without effect on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain the location of the Defendant and that the Defendant's whereabouts remain unknown to the Plaintiff. It is therefore ordered that the Defendant appear on or before June 18, 2012, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this cause.
