Buckingham Sheriff's Dept. Solved Problem

Editor, The Herald:

This past Saturday, I returned home to Buckingham after a long day of work in Charlottesville. When getting out of my van I accidentally locked my car keys and briefcase in my vehicle. Not knowing who to call late on a Saturday afternoon, I called the Buckingham Sheriff's Department to ask for the name of a locksmith. The friendly dispatcher said the Sheriff's Department would be able to help and would send a deputy when possible. Soon Deputy Moody arrived and got my van unlocked so I would be able to go to work at 5 a.m. the next morning.

The friendly and courteous way in which the Buckingham Sheriff's Department helped me out of a jam is much appreciated.
