In execution of a Deed of Trust from Jerry E. Lewis and Laurie U. Lewis to Ralph Larry Lyons and G. Andrew Nea, Jr., Trustees, dated January 14, 2005, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Cumberland County, Virginia as Instrument No. 20050078, default having been made in the payment of the debt therein secured, and being required to do so by the noteholder, the undersigned Sole Acting Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia on February 15, 2012, at 1:00 p.m., the real estate with improvements thereon, if any, known as 384 Old Buckingham Road, Cumberland County, Virginia, consisting of Parcel A containing 46.788 acres and Parcel B containing 0.171 acre (T.M. Nos.: 58-A-26 and 58-A-26-B) which property is located in Cumberland County, Virgin-ia, and more particularly described in the aforesaid Deeds of Trust to which reference is hereby made.

Sale shall be made subject to all existing superior liens, easements and restrictive covenants, if any, as the same may lawfully affect the real estate.

Terms of Sale: Cash. Settlement within 21 days of sale.

A bidders deposit of ten (10%) percent of the successful bid may be required.
