Each year HOPE Community Services sponsors a senior citizens fellowship activity during the Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday. This year a luncheon will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15, at the SCOPE building on Griffin Boulevard, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The luncheon is for seniors who live in Prince Edward County and who are 65 years of age and older. There is no cost for the luncheon, and the laughter and fellowship are good for the spirit.
