November 17 – Happy Birthday wishes are sent out to: Debbie Allen, of Cumberland, celebrating on Monday, November 21, Stephanie Morris, of Dillwyn, celebrating on Tuesday, November 22; and Earlene Baker, of Richmond, and Mathew Mahuik, of Brookneal, Thursday, November 24.

Barry and Linda Miles, of Cumberland, visited in the home of Ruby Cogdill, also of Cumberland, on Monday evening, November 19. Also visiting were granddaughters Holly and Tina Cook of Powhatan. A nice time was had by all.

Welcome home to Pete Miles of Dillwyn, who spent a few days last week in Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond.

A large crowd attended a luncheon at the home of Ed and Nell Spain in Cumberland on Saturday afternoon, November 12. Everyone enjoyed great food, fun and fellowship.

Rodney and Sandra Ownby, of Dillwyn, and grandsons Blake and Jacksyn Waycaster, of Dillwyn, all enjoyed this past weekend at the Ownby's weekend get away pleace in Hague.
