In execution of a Deed of Trust in the name of Joseph Robert Pugh and Tina W. Pugh dated September 29, 2008, recorded in Deed Book 364 at page 878 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, which Noteholder is Branch Banking & Trust Company, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Buckingham County Circuit Court, Buckingham, Virginia on August 25, 2011 at 2:30 p.m., the following property:

All that certain tract or parcel of land together with all improvements and appurtenances, belonging, lying and being in Slate River District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 14.422 acres, more or less, and further described as Lot A on a plat of survey by Robert L. Lum, C.L.S. dated June 15, 1988 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 153 at page 585.

In addition, sale shall be made subject to all existing easements and restrictive covenants as the same may lawfully affect the real estate. Property to be sold in “AS IS” condition without any warranties. Property shall be conveyed to the purchaser by special warranty deed.
