The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:
All that parcel of land in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia, fronting on Grove Street, known as Lot No. 230207, together with a portion of Lot No. 230203, and designated as parcel number 023A4-12-7.
standing in the name of Lucy M. Baker pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
An affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain whether the Defendant, Lucy M. Baker, is living or deceased, and if deceased, to ascertain the names and location of all of her heirs, devisees and successors in title; that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit whose names and last known post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Lucy M. Baker; that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Rebecca B. Brown whose last known post office address 510 A South Bridge Street, Farmville, VA 23901.
It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Farmville Herald, and that the parties named herein appear on or before March 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virignia, and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interest in this suit.
