In execution of a Deed of Trust dated June 11, 1999, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Buckingham County, in Deed Book 244 at page 488, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as:

All that certain lot or parcel of land together with all rights and appurtenances pertaining thereto, situate in the Curd-sville Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia shown as Lot #1 containing 2.00 acres, more or less, on State Route 620, as shown on plat of survey by Maxey-Hines & Associates, P.C., dated April 23, 1999, recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Buckingham County, Virginia in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 94-C, together with the mobile home situate thereon, 1999 Clayton Mobile Home, VIN#CAP006456TNAB

Sale shall take place on December 2, 2010, at 11L00 a.m. at the front steps of the Circuit Court building, Buckingham County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale.

The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
