The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:
PARCEL I: All that parcel of land in Hampden District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, being 3.00 acres, and designated as parcel no. 064-A-95A, standing in the name of Damon Trent.
PARCEL II: All that parcel of land in Hampden District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, being 0.50 acre, more or less and designated as parcel no. 064-A-95 standing in the name of Sallie Trent.
And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the names and location of all of the heirs, devisees and successors in title of Damon Trent, Sallie Trent and Charles B. Pickett; that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit whose names and last post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Damon Trent, Sallie Trent and Charles B. Pickett.
It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Farmville Herald and that the parties named herein appear on or before October 25, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
