The object of this suit is to quiet title and establish title by adverse possession in Ernest J. Kyle to a certain 30 acre tract of land in Buckingham County, Virginia, which was conveyed to Richard B. Gunter by agreement recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 2 at page 690. This property is de-scribed therein as:
All that certain tract of land known as William Harrison Estate, sold under a Decree of Circuit Court of the County of Buckingham, by W. W. Forbes, Commissioner, on the 16th day of August 1860, and for the benefit of A. D. Abrahams, containing 50 acres more or less.
And that the Plaintiff have such other and further relief as the case may require.
It appearing from the Complaint that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit, whose names are unknown, namely the heirs, devisees and successors in title to Richard B. Gunter, which unknown persons are made parties to this suit by general description and an Affidavit having been filed with this court by the Plaintiff that such parties are unknown;
It is ORDERED that said unknown persons made Defendants by the general description of heirs, devisees and succes-sors in title to Richard B. Gunter do appear on or before October 1, 2010 and do what is necessary to protect their inter-ests.
It is ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general distribution in Buckingham County, Virginia.
