Pauline Hardiman, 73 Of Bumpass Dies November 25

BUMPASS, Dec. 2 – Pauline Anderson Hardiman, 73, of Bumpass, returned to be with her Father in Heaven on Tuesday, November 25, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, Morton Paul and Gertrude Thompson Anderson; brothers, Paul and Phillip Anderson, and her husband of 52 years, James Hardiman.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by a son, Wayne Hardiman and wife, Kimberly; three grandchildren, Laurin and Hunter Hardiman and Brandon Lyon; two sisters, Helen Sheffield and Sandra Bosquet and husband, Tommy; sisters-in-law, Dot McArthur, Fran Trentham, and Barbara Walters and husband, Richard; brother-in-law, Howard Hardiman Jr. and wife, Linda; nieces, Rhonda Chavis and Wendy DuRocher and husband, Ed, and their two children, Madison and Hailey; seven nephews, Ricky Chavis, David McArthur, Kevin McArthur, Howard III, Bobby, Mike and Tim Hardiman; and dear friends, Laurie and Giesla.

Pauline was retired from the Virginia Retirement System.

Services were held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Mechanicsville, on Saturday, November 29. Graveside services were held at Spring Grove Memorial Park Cemetery, Mineral.

Bennett Funeral Home, Mechanicsville, served the family.
