Lisa B. Chambers, 54 Of Red House Dies Tues., July 22

RED HOUSE, July 24 – Lisa Bush Chambers, 54, of Red House, lives on in eternity after passing on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. “You are not an accident. Even before the universe was created, God had you in mind, and He planned you for His purposes. These purposes will extend far beyond the few years you will spend on earth. You were made to last forever!”
Lisa was born December 6, 1953, and was the daughter of William E. Bush and Geraldine C. Bush of Farmville. She will long be remembered for her giving nature, patience, strong will and also as a loving wife, mother, sibling, and friend. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
Her father and a daughter, Genna Chambers Wiley preceded her in death.
She is survived by her mother and her husband, Hal Chambers; her children, Angela Chambers Stidham and husband, Brandon (Powhatan), Tom Chambers (Appomattox), Steve Chambers (Red House) and Will Chambers (Farmville); son-in-law, Steve Wiley (Lynchburg); sister, Barbara Inkpen (Cumber-land); two brothers, Bill Bush (Cumberland) and Bobby Bush (Rice); and five wonderful grandchildren, Noah, Alex, and Dawson Stidham, and Zachery and Christopher Wiley.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, July 26, at 11 a.m., at Providence Baptist Church in Red House.
Family and friends will be received immediately following the service in the fellowship hall.
