JULY 15 – Lesley Eugene Richardson, 64, of Farmville, died Saturday, July 12, 2008. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Hayes.

He is survived by his children, Mimi Dunkum of Dillwyn, Margaret Moody of Florida, and Lesley Eugene Richardson Jr. of Tennessee; a sister, Glenda Barber of Mississippi; grand-children, Crystal Anderson, Tabitha Dunkum, Daniel Dunkum, Shawn Dunkum, Amy Jones, Jammie Small, and Carl Holland Jr.; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 16, at 2 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church, Sheppards, with interment in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday (today) from 7 to 9 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church, Sheppards.

Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn, is in charge of arrangements.
