ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP
The Planning Commission and the Town Council for the Town of Dillwyn will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, September 22, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Dillwyn Town Hall, located at 1030 Main Street in said Town, to consider, pursuant to the request of Melissa L. Wallace, applicant, and Bill Lewis Moss and Sandra F. Moss, present owners of the hereinafter described lands, amending the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the Town of Dillwyn as follows: re-zoning the hereinafter described lands from their designation under said Ordinance and Map of R-1 (a limited residential district) to the designation of R-2 (general residential district). Newton, applicants, and present owners of the hereinafter described lands, and in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Dillwyn, granting a variance which is being sought with regard to the size of lots in order to reconfigure and subdivide this land into two (2) lots for the purpose of selling each lot with a pre-existing house on each. Each lot would contain at least 0.415 of an acre.
