ARIZONA, March 6 — June King, of Flagstaff, Arizona, died peacefully at Flagstaff Medical Center on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 28, 1936, to Robert and Elizabeth Palmer, spending her childhood years on a farm in rural Missouri. She blossomed on reaching Ruskin High School, editing the school paper and yearbook, performing in the choir and plays, winning the Missouri state typing championship and being valedictorian. In 1954 she married her high school sweetheart, Thomas D. O’Neill, and for the next 17 years traveled with him and their growing family as a military wife and working mother. Thursday, March 6, 2014
NEW CANTON, March 6 — Rosemary Stout (Aunty Rose), 88, born July 2, 1925 in Stone, Kentucky at the Methodist Episcopal Parsonage to P.E. Stout and Elsie F. Brown, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at her residence in New Canton.

RICHMOND, March 4 — Genevieve Gertrude Sadler Rigsby, of Richmond, died on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Retreat Doctors’ Hospital. Genevieve, known to all her friends as G.G., was born in 1931 to Bernard and Genevieve Sadler, and grew up in Powhatan.

Mrs. Womack was a devoted Christian, loving wife and devoted mother. She was an athlete, community activist and very active in the Appomattox community. KEYSVILLE, February 27 — William Jacob Tilton, 92, of Keysville, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014. He served his country honorably in WW II, having participated in the landings at Normandy, and the liberation of France.
He is survived by his wife, Edna M. Tilton; three daughters, Mary Veals, Stella Hinkle, and Elaine Rodriguez; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
