The Right Stuff

With Thanksgiving just around the corner it’s time to consider the important stuff. The “stuff” in question, of course, is stuffing. The right stuffing can make the difference between a meal that is mundane and one that is memorable.

Today’s recipes are: Chestnut Spinach Stuffing, Cornbread Ham Stuffing, Multigrain Herb Stuffing, Mushroom Sausage Stuffing, Fruit Stuffed Turkey Breast, Herb & Apple Stuffing.

The Virginia Egg Council invites you to try “brinner.”

What is brinner? It’s breakfast for dinner, a trend that, according to the Egg Council, has grown increasingly popular over the last year.

A recent survey found that 91 percent of Americans say they eat breakfast for dinner, with 56 percent doing so once a month or more often.
