With Thanksgiving just around the corner it’s time to consider the important stuff. The “stuff” in question, of course, is stuffing. The right stuffing can make the difference between a meal that is mundane and one that is memorable.

Merriam-Webster defines comfort food as being “prepared in a traditional style having a usually nostalgic or sentimental appeal.” A less official definition might say it is the culinary equivalent of a hug from Mom.
