Taylor is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Teddy Seamster, of Victoria. The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George M. Harding, of Victoria, and Mrs. Shirley Seamster and the late Mr. Paul Seamster, of Burkeville.
